I am a specialist waterproofing consultant with deep, hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving moisture ingress, structural damp, and waterproofing failures. I previously owned and operated JV Waterproofing & Restoration, where I personally managed site investigations and remediation work across a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

Today, as B. Berman – Specialist Waterproofing Consultant, I focus on independent technical assessments, root-cause analysis, and the design of specification-based solutions. I assist homeowners, contractors, property professionals, and attorneys in determining the exact causes of damp or leaks, especially in cases where disputes or legal claims are involved. My expertise ensures that investigations are thorough, evidence-based, and clearly documented to support decision-making or legal proceedings.

I bring practical field experience and technical precision to every assessment, providing reliable, cost-effective strategies to prevent recurrence of waterproofing problems.
